- Contact details such as your name, cellphone / WhatsApp number and email address.
- Vehicle details such as make, model, year, registration, VIN and mileage.
- Details of the services, repairs or parts you enquire about, and records of work done.
- Messages you send us via our website, WhatsApp or social media.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotations.
- To schedule bookings and carry out work on your vehicle.
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records as required by law.
- To send you service updates or reminders where you have agreed to receive them.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers (for example parts suppliers or our IT and messaging providers) where needed to deliver our services.
4. WhatsApp and third-party platforms
When you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, your messages are also processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and only keep it for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
